How we treat your data

Through the forms on this site we collect only what you give us: your names, phone number, email, the date and number of guests you have in mind, the occasion, and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it for one thing only: to answer your request and, if you wish, to plan your event with you. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b)).

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. and requests are stored in a database run by Neon Inc.; both process data on our behalf, as processors, with the safeguards the Regulation requires for transfers outside the European Union. If you choose to write to us on WhatsApp, the terms of that service also apply.

We keep requests for as long as it takes to answer you and to plan the event; if the event does not take place, we delete them within 24 months of the last contact. If it does, the necessary data stays for as long as accounting and tax obligations require.

We do not pass your data to anyone. It is seen only by the people at the masseria who answer you and, if the event goes ahead, by the suppliers strictly needed for what you asked, and only as far as needed.

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a readable format and to object: just write to info@masseriasandonato.com. You may also contact the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).

Leaving your data is not compulsory, but without a name and a way to reach you we cannot reply.
